I had actually just moved and had such a bad experience with my buyers agent that I knew I needed someone new to sell my old property (we sold without contingency). I found Jennifer and reached out to her to get aquatinted. I sent her an email to first connect with her, and she got back to me within an hour. She was very prompt, well spoken, and I could tell she had the DRIVE and go getter attitude I was looking for in an agent. We hired her right away! She was extremely helpful in the whole process of selling our home, helped us get $11k over asking and we had 4 offers in 2 days. I know it was her hard work because other homes in the neighborhood spent 6-9 months on the market and they were very similar to our home. I’d recommended her to anyone and everyone and quite frankly I’m sad I won’t be moving anytime soon to use her again.

I’m sure you would agree, buying a new home is exciting.
However, finding the right home can be exhausting. We had no idea what path to take; considering the circumstances of looking online and going in person finding many disappointments.
